Solutions to common issues.

Can't sign in​

  • Wrong password — Use the Forgot Password flow to reset it
  • Email not verified — Check your inbox for the verification code
  • Account doesn't exist — Make sure you're using the email you signed up with

Not receiving emails​

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Add Supernerve to your email contacts
  • Wait a few minutes — emails can sometimes be delayed
  • Try requesting a new code

AI not responding​

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try refreshing the page
  • If the response seems stuck, click the Stop button and try again
  • Try switching to a different AI model

Slow responses​

  • Some models are faster than others — try Haiku or Gemini Flash for quicker answers
  • Very long conversations may take slightly longer to process
  • Check your internet connection speed

Chat not loading​

  • Refresh the page
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different browser
  • Check if the issue persists in incognito/private mode

Knowledge base issues​

  • Upload failing — Check that your file is a supported format and not too large
  • Documents not appearing in search — Wait a moment for processing to complete
  • Irrelevant results — Try rephrasing your search query
