What AI models are available?​

Supernerve offers multiple models including Claude (Sonnet and Haiku) and Gemini (Flash and Pro). Each has different strengths — see AI Models for details.

Chat​

How long are conversations saved?​

All conversations are saved indefinitely. You can access them anytime from the sidebar.

Can I delete a chat?​

Yes, you can delete individual chats from the chat history.

Is there a message limit?​

Check your plan details for any usage limits.

Can the AI remember things across different chats?​

Each chat is independent. The AI remembers everything within a single conversation but doesn't carry context between different chats.

What file types can I upload?​

Currently supported: plain text (.txt), markdown (.md), and PDF (.pdf).

How quickly are documents processed?​

Most documents are processed within seconds. Larger files may take a bit longer.

Is my data private?​

Yes. Your documents and conversations are private to your account and are not used to train AI models.
